Sun-dried Tomato and Cream Cheese Toast

Budget Brunch at Home! This brunch recipe is SO simple but so delicious! There’s just something magical about the combo of sundered tomato and cream cheese but on top of toasted sourdough rubbed with garlic – you can’t beat it!

Top with fresh herbs and ENJOY!

Ingredients

Scale
  • Sourdough Vienna Bread, thickly sliced
  • Olive oil
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • 200 grams of Cream Cheese
  • 1.5 cup of Sundried tomatoes
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. Drizzle sliced bread with olive oil and cook in the air fryer for 5 mins on 200degrees
  2. Rub toast slices with garlic
  3. Spread toast with cream cheese and top with sundried tomatoes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and top with parsley
  5. Enjoy!
