Pesto Toast with Cheese and Tomato
Turn humble at home sourdough toast into a delicious boujee brunch meal at home. This recipe is filling, fresh and who doesn’t love melted stretchy cheese! You can either make your own pesto or just but a pre-made one from the supermarket.
Quick, simple, easy and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
- Sourdough Vienna bread
- Cherry tomatos
- Jar of pesto (can make your own if you’re feeling fancy)
- Mozzerella cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Fresh Basil
Instructions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on each slice of toast
- Place 2 slices of cheese per slice of toast and top with cherry tomatoes
- Season with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil
- Cook in air-fryer for 5mins at 180degrees
- Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
