Pesto Toast with Cheese and Tomato

Turn humble at home sourdough toast into a delicious boujee brunch meal at home. This recipe is filling, fresh and who doesn’t love melted stretchy cheese! You can either make your own pesto or just but a pre-made one from the supermarket.

Quick, simple, easy and absolutely delicious!

  • Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • Sourdough Vienna bread
  • Cherry tomatos
  • Jar of pesto (can make your own if you’re feeling fancy)
  • Mozzerella cheese
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Fresh Basil

Instructions

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on each slice of toast
  2. Place 2 slices of cheese per slice of toast and top with cherry tomatoes
  3. Season with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil
  4. Cook in air-fryer for 5mins at 180degrees
  5. Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
