Triple Chocolate Cookies
These are my daughter’s favourite cookies. The combination of the dark, milk and white chocolate makes these super delicious!
Ingredients
2.5 Cups Pain Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
175Grams Butter Softened
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Caster Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Milk
2 Teaspoons vanilla Extract
250grams Chocolate chopped – I use white, milk and dark chocolate (250g in total)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180Degrees Celsius
In a stand mixer add butter and sugars and beat until creamy and pale
Add eggs, vanilla and milk and beat for another 1-2 minutes
Sift in Flour, baking powder and salt and mix until just combined
Fold in chocolate
Refrigerate for 30mins or longer if you have time – Deepens the flavour
Roll into balls and place on lined baking tray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes for soft and chewy or 12-15 minutes for firmer cookies.
