Jamaican Spiced Chicken

- 1 Teaspoon Sweet Smoked Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Chilli Flakes
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 750Grams Chicken Thigh (4-6 Thighs)
Serve With - Steamed White Rice
- 1 Cucumber Diced
- 1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves
- Lime Wedges
- Mayonnaise
- Sriracha
- Picked Red Onion (store-bought or Homemade)
Instructions
Add spices, garlic, ginger, sugar lime juice and olive oil to a bowl and mix to combine
Add Chicken thighs and mix to coat chicken
Air fry chicken thigh at 200 degrees for 15mins until chicken is cooked
Remove chicken and place on top of steamed rice
Add cucumber, coriander, mayo, sriracha, lime wedges and pickled red onion
