Breakfast Berry Crumble
If you want a warm delicious breakfast but are like me where you barely have any time in the morning then try this one. It is so good and so easy!

Ingredients

Berry Base
- 1 Cup frozen berries (my favourite choice is raspberries)
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Crumble Topping
- 1/3 Cup Oats
- 1/4 Cup Vanilla Protein Power
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon (or 1/2 teaspoon if sensitive to cinnamon)
- 1/2 Tablespoon honey
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions
- Place berries and lemon juice in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute
- In another bowl add all crumble ingredients and mix to combine (if a little dry see note)
- Spoon crumble mix onto the berries and microwave for another 2 minutes
- Optional – top with favourite yogurt and enjoy
Note: if mix feels a little dry add 1 teaspoon of milk of choice.
