Breakfast Berry Crumble

If you want a warm delicious breakfast but are like me where you barely have any time in the morning then try this one. It is so good and so easy!

  • Total Time: 8 minutes

Ingredients

Scale

Berry Base

  • 1 Cup frozen berries (my favourite choice is raspberries)
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Crumble Topping

  • 1/3 Cup Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Vanilla Protein Power
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon (or 1/2 teaspoon if sensitive to cinnamon)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Place berries and lemon juice in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1 minute
  2. In another bowl add all crumble ingredients and mix to combine (if a little dry see note)
  3. Spoon crumble mix onto the berries and microwave for another 2 minutes
  4. Optional – top with favourite yogurt and enjoy

Note: if mix feels a little dry add 1 teaspoon of milk of choice.
