BBQ Chicken Pizza with Sweet Potato Base
This one is a versatile pizza. Once the base is made you can add any toppings that you like. We love topping ours with bbq sauce, seasoned chicken, red onion, red capsicum, sliced mushroom and with mozerella cheese. Delish!
You cook the base first and so whatever your go to toppings are feel free to put whatever you’d like!
This recipe make a large rectangle pizza or two smaller pizzas. If you’re just wanting a regular size pizza halve the ingredients.
