Ingredients

- 2 Chicken breast
- 2 eggs
- 1 x fajita seasoning packet
- 1/2 cup of plain flour
- 2 cups of cornflakes
- Olive oil spray
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 Tablespoons sriracha
Instructions
- Slice Chicken breast into tender sized pieces
- In a bowl mix the fajita seasoning and flour
- in another bowl whisk the eggs
- In a third bowl crush the cornflakes
- Dip the tenders in the flour/fajita mix then into the egg and then into the cornflakes
- Place in air-fryer and spray with a little oil
- Cook on 200 degrees for 12mins.
- While the chicken is cooking make the sauce by adding honey and sriracha to a bowl and stir.
- Drizzle the sauce over the tenders and ENJOY!!
Serve with:
- Brioche burger buns with iceberg lettuce and kewpie mayo.
- Soft white wraps with fresh salad
- Rice and steamed vegetables
