This recipe only has two ingredients and couldn’t be more simple! I use sugar free raspberry jelly and vanilla protein yogurt. But you can use any combo that you prefer. I top mine with raspberries and it is delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 packs Sugar free raspberry jelly – I use areoplane jelly lite.
  • 2 cups vanilla protein yogurt – I enjoy the yopro brand

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jelly crystals with 2 cups of boiling water
  2. Add the yogurt and whisk to combine.
  3. Divide evenly between 4 containers and refrigerate for 4 hours until set
  4. Top with your favourite toppings – berries, cream etc
  5. Enjoy!
