Apple and Cinnamon Muffins
Apple and Cinnamon – What a classic combo. We love these muffins in our household. Sometimes when I am in a rush I even have one or two of these for breakfast or a perfect on the go snack.

Ingredients

- 2.5 Cups of Applesauce
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1.5 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 1.5 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar (or white vinegar)
- 2 Cups Plain Flour
- 1/2 Cup Caster Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat over to 180degrees fan forced
- Line a Muffin tray with 12 patty pans or muffin liners
- Add applesauce, milk, vanilla and vinegar into a bowl and whisk to combine
- In another bowl add all the dry ingredients and stir to combine
- Add the dry mix into the wet mix and stir until just combined – don’t over mix
- Divide mixture in the lined muffin tray – Fill 2/3 of the way
- Bake for 18-20Mins until the muffins have risen
- Allow muffins to cool
